| I purchased a pair of diamond earrings during a 50% off sale. Thus half off was $2,700. I took them to Tivol and had new 14 KT posts and backs put on. Had an appraisal. Many inclusions, they lazer drilled the earings and filled with substance so no one could see the imperfections and appraised with the new Tivol backings at $2,500.
They lied about the size, the half off and the lazer drilling as well as the imperfections. |
