					  <title>Dancers</title>
					  <link>http://www.weddingpartyhelp.com/Articles/articles/2/1/Dancers.html</link>
<description>Dancers are commonly hired for bachelor and bachelorette parties, in addition to wedding rehearsal dinners or engagement parties. A Hawaiian theme party, for example, may feature a hula dancer. But, there is also a completely different reason to hire dancers and that reason is for dance instruction. It is customary for the bride and groom to share their first dance, as husband and wife, during the wedding reception. With all eyes gazed upon them, neither wants anything to go wrong. Hence, the need for dance instruction.Dancers with a lot of experience, or licensing and proper training, are generally capable of teaching dance instruction. Depending on the company, and the timetable, classes can be held weekly or several times each week. The bride and groom should both attend each class and direct their full attention to the dancers. A variety of techniques will be offered before pairing the couple for practice. For example, the soon-to-be groom may dance with a qualified female instructor while his significant other dances with a male dance instructor. This will help each individual become familiar with various dance moves and, by the time they are paired back together, they will each be professionally trained and ready to dazzle on the dance floor. As mentioned previously, there are a variety of reasons to hire dancers for special occasions. Dancers add life to a party and get everyone on their feet and wanting to join in. Perhaps a graceful ballroom dance couple would be recruited to add elegance to the wedding reception. Professionally trained pairs can grab guests from the table and show them some basic dance moves, which will make for a fun event for all guests. Getting involved in activities makes everyone feel good and perhaps a nice dance will make the family wallflower open up and have fun. Just like years ago, at the high school dance, nobody wants to be the first out on the floor. But, once a couple starts things off, everyone wants to join in. For this, and many other reasons, hiring professional dancers can be a nice addition to any wedding reception.Dancers can be found in the local telephone directory, through an internet search or by asking friends for referrals. Searchable categories would include 'dance' or 'dance instruction.' Make sure that the dancers you hire know the date, time and location of the event they are expected to attend. When interviewing prospects, make sure that both of you are present to get a feel for the professionalism and attitude of the dancers. You will want to hire someone who is pleasant among wedding guests and will be comfortable mingling with your family and friends. In addition, make sure they understand the theme of the event so that they may dress accordingly. If they require a deposit to reserve their attendance, draw up a contract to be signed by all parties. The most important part of the contract will involved recognition of the date, time and place of the event, along with any required deposit and total cost of their service.&#160; Article by Cynthia - Wedding Party Help This Wedding Article can be reprinted in whole.
